'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started as a humble ambition: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Naples. The Rossi family set up our pizzeria in 1985 as a quaint, family-oriented business with recipes that have traversed many generations.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her sojourn across Italy, learning from renowned pizza masters in Naples—where pizza was conceived. After returning to the UK, she aspired to bring to life the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, adhering to age-old techniques and sourcing the best quality ingredients.
Our once small 12-seater pizzeria has expanded into a cherished community fixture, yet our resolve to uphold excellence and authenticity remains unchanged. Our process still involves the classic wood-fired ovens, our dough is prepared fresh every day, and we persist in finding top-notch ingredients.
Presently, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria is still in the caring hands of the Rossi family, with its second generation at the helm, guiding our enthusiastic crew. Although we've adopted certain contemporary advancements, the essence of our venture stays unaltered: to produce scrumptious, genuine pizza that unites folks.
